Composition and control process of quantitative flow control system
The quantitative flow control system cooperates with various flow sensors and transmitters to realize quantitative filling and batching control. Main technical features Suitable for flow sensors with current and pulse output 3-point switch input, used for start-up, recovery, and clearing the cumulative value each time 3-point control output, used for large valve, small valve classification control and instantaneous flow lower limit alarm The transmission output can output the instantaneous flow value in the form of standard current and voltage for use by other equipment.
The flow quantitative control system mainly gives the pulse flow signal of the quantitative controller based on the feedback of the flowmeter. When the cumulative flow reaches the set value (quantitative value), the quantitative controller will give a switch signal to the electromagnetic valve or pump, which has reached the value for the valve, Pump start and stop control. Realize automatic and manual control of feeding.
At present, many enterprises will use it or it is one of the items that need to be improved, especially some enterprises that still use manual operation of canning/filling, and do not want to invest too much cost, but want to improve work efficiency. This system is recommended to adopt this system. The system has high precision, simple operation and field calibration.
System composition:
1. Flow meter: This is the basis of control and directly affects the effect of control. Therefore, the basic requirement is that the higher the measurement accuracy, the better, and it has a signal output function. At the same time, there are many types of flowmeters, and it is necessary to select the appropriate flowmeter according to the measurement medium, pipe diameter, flow range and other parameters;
2. Temperature sensor: It can measure the temperature of the medium on site, and the error caused by the quantitative controller will be automatically compensated according to the temperature change;
3. Quantitative controller: quantitative control parameter setting, medium flow display, totalization, operation, etc.;
3. Control box: internal control lines and components, external control buttons and indicators, etc.;
4. Cut-off equipment: It can be the existing power equipment of the pipeline, or it can be a solenoid valve installed later.
Control process:
After receiving the flow signal from the flowmeter, the quantitative controller completes the accumulation of the flow internally, and at the same time sets the required quantitative control value inside the controller. When the cumulative value displayed by the quantitative controller reaches the set quantitative When the control value is reached, the quantitative controller outputs a switch signal. At this time, the switch signal is used to control the cut-off equipment installed on the pipeline through connecting relays or contactors, so as to achieve the effect of quantitative control.
