Use and working condition adjustment of unloading oil flowmeter
1. In the pipeline system equipped with a flowmeter, it is necessary to avoid the generation or entry of air, otherwise the measurement will be inaccurate. Therefore the flow meter should be used with the entire system full of oil.
2. The flowmeter system is a precision instrument, and the gap between the detection elements in the measurement chamber is very small. Therefore, impurities such as larger particles must not enter the flowmeter, and it is strictly forbidden to use the flowmeter without a filter.
3. The oil unloading flowmeter should avoid working under the condition of large pressure fluctuation and overload shock. Therefore, it is necessary to switch the refueling ball valve and refueling gun (joint) smoothly and slowly during use, and prevent the measured medium from flowing back into the flowmeter.
4. When installing the flowmeter, the rotating shaft of the waist wheel should be installed horizontally, and the direction of liquid flowing through the flowmeter should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the casing; the flowmeter should not be subjected to expansion, contraction, deformation and vibration of the pipeline.
5. The flowmeter must not exceed the specified flow and pressure range. During continuous operation, the flow in the pipeline should generally not exceed (600-800) L/min. The large flow is regulated in order to adapt to the sudden increase in flow. , only for short or transient use.
6. The head of the unloading oil flowmeter has a zero-return knob. Before working, check whether the count and the pointer are turned back to zero. After each refueling operation, the knob should be turned clockwise to return the pointer and one-time count to zero. It is strictly forbidden to move the pointer when the flowmeter is working.
The working condition adjustment of the oil unloading flowmeter mainly requires the stability of the flow state and the prevention of vaporization. Among them, the stability of the flow state includes the stability of the flow rate and the stability of the flow state, and they have a certain relationship with each other. In order to keep the flow state stable, it is generally solved by setting a certain length of straight pipe section or rectifier and constant flow valve before and after the flowmeter. There are two main reasons for the vaporization of oil in the piping system, the air entering the piping system due to poor sealing and the vaporized gas generated in the piping system because the pressure is lower than the saturated vapor pressure. In addition, a certain amount of liquid will also be precipitated during the flow process. gas. Unstable flow state or gas in the fluid will affect the measurement accuracy of the tank truck flowmeter. Prevention of vaporization can be achieved by installing a gas eliminator and maintaining sufficient pressure before the inlet of the flowmeter.
