The diesel flowmeter is a typical positive displacement flowmeter, which is used to measure the liquid flow that fills the pipeline under a certain pressure. It has the characteristics of simple structure, reliable use, high accuracy, no special requirements for the flow field in the inlet and outlet pipelines, and the viscosity range and flow range of the measured medium are very wide. Widely used in liquid flow detection in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, transportation, food and other industrial and commercial sectors.
The oval gear flowmeter is composed of a diesel flowmeter and a secondary instrument. It is a volumetric instrument that measures the total flow of liquid flowing through the pipeline. It has the function of remotely displaying the instantaneous flow and the cumulative flow. It can be combined with most regulating systems to realize Automation of flow detection and control.
The housing material of the diesel flowmeter is brass (or cast iron), which is widely used in the flow measurement of petroleum products and other solutions in petroleum, chemical and other industrial processes. Both the sensor housing and the oval gear are made of stainless steel, which has the advantages of hygiene, cleaning, and corrosion resistance. It can be used in liquid beverages, daily cosmetics, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, etc., which require hygiene and cleaning, and can also be used in metallurgy, chemical industry, etc. Measurement of corrosive liquids in the industrial sector.
Diesel flowmeters should be avoided as far as possible to be installed on very long overhead pipelines. After a long time, the sagging of the flowmeter will easily cause the seal leakage of the flowmeter on the flange. If it is necessary to install, it must be installed on the flowmeter. Pipe fastening devices are installed at the downstream respectively. The problem in installation is mainly that the straight pipe section in front of the sensor is not long enough, which affects the measurement accuracy. The flow rate of the coolant is usually 2%-3% of the design flow rate of the pump, and the ring gap area between the inner magnetic rotor and the isolation sleeve generates high heat due to eddy currents. When the cooling lubricating fluid is insufficient or the flushing hole is not smooth or blocked, the temperature of the medium will be higher than the working temperature of the permanent magnet, so that the inner magnetic rotor will gradually lose its magnetism and the magnetic drive will fail. Because engineering ceramics have good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and friction resistance, the sliding bearings of magnetic pumps are mostly made of engineering ceramics.
When installing horizontally, there are flange connection, thread connection and clamping connection to the pipeline. Medium-caliber flange connection is used, and small-diameter and high-pressure pipelines use threaded connection. Clamping connection is only suitable for low-pressure medium and small-diameter pipes. For environmental use, attention should be paid to the vibration absorption of the foundation, and the flexible pipe connection should be used between the sensor inlet and outlet and the pipe; the diesel flowmeter with a larger diameter should be installed directly on the process pipe, and the flowmeter should be firmly fixed by pipe clips and supports. fixed. Installation requirements also vary widely. When the gas flows through the conduit, the temperature of the upstream tube wall decreases due to the heat absorbed by the gas, and the gas releases heat when passing through the downstream, and the temperature of the tube wall rises, resulting in the variation of the temperature field, that is, the position of the high temperature point shifts to the right, and the bridge The unbalanced voltage signal is amplified or converted into a current signal.
