Nozzle structure

Different nozzle structures will lead to different production effects and nozzle service life. Effective nozzle structure enables wear-resistant materials to run at high speed, thereby improving production efficiency and controlling costs. From the appearance of nozzles to a long period of time, cylindrical nozzle structures have been used. So far, various nozzle structures have been developed and designed by countries around the world. The internal structure of gasoline and diesel nozzles is equipped with a magnetic coil, a transformer core, and a needle valve integrated with the transformer core.

Common nozzle structure features and characteristics are shown in the following table

1. Cylindrical straight hole nozzle structure

2. Conical nozzle structure

Structural diagram of conical nozzle, this type of nozzle structure contains a conical inlet with drainage function and a vertical section with clustering function, it is relatively easy for wear-resistant materials to enter the nozzle, and the distribution of wear-resistant materials on the cross section of the nozzle is more uniform than that of cylindrical nozzles

3. Special nozzle

Dual inlet and outlet special sandblasting nozzle, the structure is complicated, generally used in special Places, such as sandblasting process inside the pipeline

4. Combined nozzle structure

The nozzle channel, inlet and outlet and intermediate positions are designed with materials with different properties, and the materials of each part are assembled into a nozzle in the form of mechanical assembly. The combined nozzle is designed with high-toughness ceramic or other metal composite materials in the nozzle channel and inlet and outlet positions, and the middle area of ​​the nozzle can be designed with high wear-resistant alloy or other materials. The combined nozzle can meet the requirements of different anti-abrasion properties of the nozzle channel, inlet and outlet and intermediate positions, and improve the anti-abrasion ability of the nozzle to a certain extent. However, compared with the overall structure nozzle, it needs to prepare two or more materials, and increases the installation and other related processes.
