Precautions for the installation of the refueling machine

The refueling machine must be operated in a dry environment, and working in the open air is strictly prohibited. The installation location of the refueling machine should adhere to the relevant provisions of local construction and fire prevention regulations applicable to gas stations.

Additional branch lines should not be connected to the oil inlet pipe of the refueling machine. Each oil pump of two refueling machines or two-gun refueling machines cannot share a single pipeline branch for oil supply.

After installing a new pipeline, clean out any mud, iron debris, or other contaminants from the pipe before installing the refueling machine. This prevents dirt from entering the refueling machine and potentially damaging it.

Following the initial oil transmission, inspect and clean the oil pump filter to prevent a significant decrease in oil flow and potential damage to hydraulic components due to filter blockage.

When connecting the oil tanker's oil pipe flange, ensure the use of oil-resistant gaskets.

During maintenance, always disconnect the power supply first and avoid live maintenance. When opening the explosion-proof electrical box, take care not to damage the explosion-proof sealing surface. Clean any debris in the flameproof chamber and ensure the flameproof sealing surface is clean. Ensure the cable seal is intact, metal gaskets are in place, and no screws are missing to maintain the explosion-proof performance of the electrical components.

When using a self-supplied generator power supply, ensure the generator is running smoothly before supplying power to the tanker. Maintain the voltage within the range of 220V-15% to 220V+10% or 380V-15% to 380V+10% to prevent computer component damage from peak voltage during generator startup.

If the refueling machine is installed outdoors, provide a canopy above the machine to protect it from rain and sun exposure.

Before any electrical connection or maintenance, always disconnect the relevant power supply to the tanker.
