Fuel pump composition

The fuel pump transports high -pressure fuel to the oil split pipe to ensure continuous fuel supply to the fuel injection mouth.
The fuel pump is composed of electric motor, pressure limiter, and check valve. The actual work of electric motors in the fuel of the oil pump shell. Don't worry, because there is no thing in the case that can be ignited. The fuel can lubricate and cool the fuel motor. The check valve is installed at the place, and the pressure limiter is located on the pressure side of the oil pump shell, with a channel leading to the oil inlet.
ZYB -type ignition pressure -voltage fuel pump is suitable for transporting diesel, heavy oil, residue oil, fuel oil and other media, especially suitable for the fuel pump of the burner in the road and bridge engineering mixing station. It is an ideal product to replace imported products. ZYB -type supercharged fuel pump is not suitable for transporting liquids with high volatilization or low flash point, such as ammonia and benzene.
When the rotor rotates, the roller is pressed outward by the centrifugal force. Like the rotating oil seal, the rotor rotates, the pump is pumped, the fuel is inhaled from the inlet, and the fuel is pressed from the oil port into the fuel system. The check valve at the oil outlet is closed to prevent fuel from returning the fuel pump back to the fuel tank. The pressure of fuel pipes maintained by the inspection valve is called "residual pressure".
The maximum pump oil pressure of the fuel pump depends on the standard of the pressure limiter. If the fuel pump pressure exceeds the predetermined pressure limit, the pressure limiter will open the bypass to return the fuel pump back to the inlet place of the fuel pump.
