The role of automobile high-pressure fuel pump

The oil outlet of the high-pressure oil pump enters the oil cooler. After the oil cooler comes out, it enters the oil filter. After it comes out of the oil filter, it is divided into two ways. There may be one or two accumulators in the oil circuit.

Its function is to increase the fuel pressure and high-pressure injection to achieve atomization effect. The main purpose of the high-pressure oil pump is to be the power source of hydraulic devices such as dry jacks, heads, extruders, and tie-up machines.

The high-pressure oil pump is the interface between the high-pressure oil circuit and the low-pressure oil circuit. Its function is to generate fuel pressure in the common rail pipe by controlling the fuel output. In all working conditions, it is mainly responsible for providing sufficient high-pressure fuel to the common rail.

The main purpose of the high-pressure oil pump is as the power source of hydraulic devices such as jacks, head sensors, extruders, and tie-up machines. The installation sequence of the high-pressure oil pump is as follows: During the installation of the high-pressure oil pump, in order to prevent debris from falling into the machine, all holes of the unit should be covered. Place the unit on the foundation buried with anchor bolts, and use a pair of wedges for correction between the base and the foundation. Correct the concentricity of the pump shaft and the motor shaft. On the outer circle of the coupling shaft, the allowable deviation is 0.1 mm; the gap between the two coupling planes should be 2~4 mm, (smaller pumps take the small value) the gap should be uniform and allowable 0.3 mm.
