Wiring requirements for turbine flow meters

1. The wiring position of the turbine flowmeter should be as far away as possible from electrical noise sources (such as high-power transformers, motors and strong power lines) and avoid parallel wiring with power lines.

2. Use a complete cable as much as possible.

3. It is recommended to use non-soldering clamp lugs at the end of thick wires.

4. In order to waterproof and mechanical damage, put the cable into the metal conduit, but there must be no high-power transmission cable in the same conduit, (when the power transmitted by a transmission cable is 10 times greater than the minimum power transmitted by the flowmeter signal cable , The two cannot be installed in the same conduit).

5. For areas where there is a strong external magnetic field, the axis of the detection device should be straight with the direction of the magnetic flux of the external magnetic field, or the flow sensor or external etymology should be shielded with high magnetic permeability data.

6. The connection of the explosion-proof turbine flowmeter sensor cable shall strictly comply with the relevant standards of the explosion-proof amplifier.
