Malaysian will promote B10 biodiesel nationwide

According to Reuters, Teresa Kok, Minister of Industry of Malaysia, said in an interview on November 22 that on December 1, the Malaysian government will promote B10 biodiesel nationwide and raise the compulsory blending standard of biodiesel from 7% to 10%.

It is understood that B10 biodiesel will be mainly used in the field of transportation and will be enforced from February 2019. At present, B7 diesel fuel is still used in Malaysia's gas stations, and B10 biodiesel may be used as an alternative in the future.
