Internal disturbance source of electromagnetic flowmeter system

The disturbance sources inside the electromagnetic flowmeter system can be divided into:


  (1) Power disturbance. Power disturbances are mainly immersed into the system from the power supply and power leads.


  (2) Ground wire disturbance. The ground wire disturbance is caused by sharing a ground wire in the system. When the currents of all circuits in the system flow through the common ground wire, a voltage drop will occur on the ground wire, which constitutes noise that affects each other.


(3) Coupling disturbance of the signal channel. If the signal requires a long transmission line, the signal is easily disturbed during the transmission process, resulting in the transmitted signal being distorted or distorted. Or when two or more signal lines with different signal strengths are very close to each other, the line-to-line interference formed by the distributed capacitance and mutual inductance between the lines, that is, the line-to-line crosstalk of the transmission line.
