1. Adjust the installation position of the flowmeter.
The resistance of the flowmeter to vibration in different directions is different. The position of the flowmeter installed on the pipeline can be expressed by XYZ three-dimensional coordinates, X is the direction of the pipeline centerline, that is, the direction of the flowmeter inlet to the outlet; Z is the axial direction of the flowmeter cylinder; Y is perpendicular to the pipeline centerline and simultaneously with the flowmeter The vertical direction of the cylinder axis is also the direction in which the transverse force of the vortex street acts. The anti-vibration ability of the flowmeter in the Z direction is the strongest and the Y direction is the worst. When the flowmeter is installed on the pipeline, the X-axis must be consistent with the pipeline, but the Y-axis (with the Z-axis) of the flowmeter can be freely rotated around the X-axis to any orientation. Knowing this, we have the first measure: observe or measure the main vibration direction of the short track, and then rotate the flowmeter until the Z axis coincides with the main vibration in the opposite direction, and fix the meter to work in this position.
2. Add pipe fixing brackets to limit pipe amplitude.
A fixed bracket is installed next to the flowmeter downstream of the flowmeter, which can reduce the pipeline amplitude. In some cases, it can also increase the resonance frequency of the piping system (conducive to the noise reduction function of the instrument circuit) to reduce vibration and noise purpose.
3. Adjust the setting state of the meter circuit to eliminate the influence of vibration and noise.
