1. Reasonable installation

Therefore, in the specific installation, it is necessary to fully consider the actual situation, and comprehensively consider the installation position and opening method of the transducer, especially in the selected position, it is necessary to ensure that the transducer can be tightly connected with the upper and lower straight pipes, and also Try to avoid places with large interference such as frequency converters and electric welding machines. There are three installation methods, one is to install, one is V-shaped installation, and the other is 2-shaped installation. If the Doppler ultrasonic flowmeter is selected, try to choose the stick-to-stick installation method in the installation. If you choose the time difference ultrasonic flowmeter, you can choose either the shape installation method or the Z shape installation method. In most cases, if the pipe diameter is less than 200mm, the V-shaped installation method should be adopted.

If the diameter of the pipe is greater than 200mm, choose the Z-shaped installation method. For those who can use either the 2-shaped installation method or other installation methods, the z-shaped method should be selected as much as possible, because the ultrasonic signal of the transducer installed in the z-shaped method is the strongest and the operation process is relatively stable.

2. Check in time

Although the ultrasonic flowmeter has strong anti-interference and anti-pollution properties, if it is used for a long time, it will also affect the accuracy of the operation. To solve this problem, a portable ultrasonic flowmeter of the same type can be configured in the ultrasonic flowmeter. Flow meters, and regularly check the field instruments. Adhere to the principle of one installation and one check to ensure that the ultrasonic flowmeter is selected reasonably and the installation and debugging meet the standards, so that each ultrasonic flowmeter after installation can be properly checked.
